New Weekend Retreat Program
Meditation for Meditators: The Fundaments of Meditation Part II
If you’d like a booster for your meditation practice or want to take it to the next level, this retreat is for you. We will explore a wider range of meditation techniques to add to your repertoire, as well as delve deeper into pranayama as preparation. You will also learn how brainwaves relate to consciousness and how this understanding can deepen your practice. Our meditation periods will be a bit longer, and there will be more time for discussion and sharing. The schedule and structure will be the same as in the Fundamentals of Meditation weekend, so you can also look forward to some hiking, relaxation time, and a mindful bonfire.
This weekend retreat is intended for those who have previously participated in “The Fundamentals of Meditation” retreat with Wes Tudor or have attended one of his “Introduction to Meditation” workshops. Other experienced meditators are also welcome but should have a phone conversation with Wes beforehand to make sure it is a good fit.
To see a sample schedule, visit www.meditationinternational.com/retreats. To register, ask questions, or pay the tuition, contact wes@meditationinternational.com. Make your room and meal plan reservation separately with the Himalayan Institute, being sure to mention this retreat.
